Services

Looksee Coffee Stuff LLC provides coffee and espresso equipment sales, installation, repair, maintenance, consulting, and related services.

All estimates, proposals, and service agreements are subject to review and acceptance by both parties.

Pricing & Payment

All sales are final.

Rates, fees, pricing, and service offerings are subject to change at the sole discretion of Looksee Coffee Stuff LLC.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise noted in writing.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Processing fees may apply.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

Equipment remains the property of Looksee Coffee Stuff LLC until paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling & Service

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at scheduled times but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to travel, emergencies, weather, or service complexities.

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to equipment and facilities during scheduled service visits.

Safety & Working Conditions

Excessively dirty, hazardous, unsafe, threatening, or unsanitary conditions will not be tolerated.

Our technicians reserve the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service if they reasonably believe conditions may jeopardize their safety, health, wellbeing, or ability to perform work effectively.

Any travel, labor, or other costs incurred prior to service refusal may remain the responsibility of the customer.

Installation Requirements

For equipment installations, the site must be ready and compliant with all specifications communicated by Looksee Coffee Stuff LLC prior to the scheduled installation date.

Required site readiness may include, but is not limited to:

  • Running water service

  • Proper water filtration systems

  • Functioning water shut-off valves

  • Properly wired electrical circuits and outlets

  • Correct receptacles and voltage requirements

  • Accessible drain connection within seven (7) feet of the equipment location

  • Countertop openings and penetrations completed

  • Required millwork, cabinetry, or metalwork modifications completed

  • Adequate load-bearing counters or equipment supports

  • Coffee and related consumables available for calibration and testing

If the installation site is not ready upon arrival, Looksee Coffee Stuff LLC reserves the right to reschedule, pause, or discontinue service.

Any additional labor, travel, parts, supplies, lodging, shipping, or return visits required as a result of site unpreparedness shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Payment for such additional charges shall be due upon completion of service.

Respectful Business Practices

Looksee Coffee Stuff LLC is committed to treating all people with dignity, respect, fairness, and professionalism.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

Likewise, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue business relationships with any person or entity that engages in hateful, abusive, racist, misogynistic, discriminatory, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise harmful conduct toward our employees, contractors, customers, or community.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Looksee Coffee Stuff LLC does not provide warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.

Customers are responsible for routine cleaning, maintenance, water quality, and operation of equipment according to manufacturer recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Looksee Coffee Stuff LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, equipment, recommendations, or products.
